  • Why is my transaction Pending??
    Transactions can stay pending if the network is congested or if the gas fee set was too low. You can use our Speed Up feature to increase the gas and finish the transaction.
  • I sent crypto to the wrong address. Can you refund it?
    Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded
  • Are there any fees for using Vaultex Bit?
    We do not charge fees for receiving crypto. However, standard network gas fees apply to all outgoing transactions
